DeskPull Support

We are here to help

Questions, problems, or feedback about DeskPull? This page covers the common ones, and for everything else our support inbox is open.

Contact us

Email [email protected] and we will get back to you, usually within one business day. Include the email address you sign in with and, if something went wrong, the report and schedule it happened on; that is everything we need to investigate, since your report files themselves stay on your computer.

Getting started

Common questions

Is my report data safe? Yes. Report files travel directly from Amazon to your computer over an encrypted connection and are converted locally. They never pass through or get stored on DeskPull servers. Details on our Security page.

A scheduled report did not arrive. Check the schedule on your Dashboard; if something needs attention, the app shows what happened and, where possible, a one-click fix. Amazon paces report requests across all the tools connected to your seller account, so during busy periods a report can arrive a little later than scheduled. If a schedule stays unhealthy, email us.

How do I change where files go, or their names? Open the schedule and edit its folder and file naming. Folder locations are per device and never leave your computer; naming patterns sync across your devices.

How do I manage billing, invoices, or cancel? Open Settings, then Plan and billing. Payments and invoices are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

How do I disconnect DeskPull from my Amazon account? Remove the account in DeskPull under Settings, then Amazon accounts, or revoke access in Seller Central under Apps and Services, then Manage your apps. Stored authorizations are deleted from our systems within 30 days of disconnecting.

My CSV file opens in a single column in Excel. DeskPull's CSV files use a comma between values and a dot for decimals. If your computer's regional settings use a comma for decimals (as in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, or Brazil), Excel shows each row in a single column when you double-click the file, and an import can read amounts as text or as wrong numbers (1.234 as 1234). Set the schedule to Excel format, or import the file into Excel with English (United States) as its locale.

Which reports are supported? A growing library of report types across Seller Central and Amazon Ads; the in-app library describes each one. See the full, current list on our Reports page.
